BR1: The MASTER BEDROOM has a king bed, comfy chair, LCD TV, a private full bathroom, views of the pond and a sliding glass door leading out to the balcony.
BR2: has a Queen bed, comfy chair, LCD TV, and access to the 2nd full bathroom
BR 3: has 2 full beds LCD Smart TV and is great for kids and adults alike. Just no closet
The spacious LIVING ROOM has a plush sofa, a matching love seat, a Smart LCD TV and amazing views of the pond.
The DINING ROOM has a beautiful glass table and seats up to 6 guests. We have 2 bar stools as well so the area can seat up to 8.
The KITCHEN has beautiful granite counter tops and comes adequately equipped with most every appliance and culinary utensil required, including a Keurig, to create your family’s favorite recipes.
The UTILITY CLOSET has a new washer and dryer for your use
You have use of our OUTDOOR CLOSET space where we store a few beach chairs, an umbrella and a small cooler.
