POOL Waiver Form

Dear Ocean Keyes Homeowner,
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING ANNOUNCEMENTS CAREFULLY REGARDING THE AMENITIES AT OCEAN KEYES
 The swimming pools at Ocean Keyes will be opening Monday, 8/10/20 with the following restrictions:

1. All owners, guests and/or renters must sign a liability waiver prior to entering the pool deck area. AS THE HOMEOWNER, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING THE LIABILITY WAIVER SIGNED BY YOUR GUESTS OR RENTERS. (See attached document)
2. Everyone must bring their own furniture. No pool furniture will be available for use.
3. Pool hours are restricted from 9am to 8pm
4. The kiddie pools and spas will remain closed until further notice.
5. No more than 20 people will be allowed on the pool deck at any given time.

 
The fitness center at Ocean Keyes will be opening Monday, 8/10/20 with the following restrictions:

1. All owners, guests and/or renters must sign a liability waiver prior to using any equipment at the fitness center. AS THE HOMEOWNER, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING THE LIABILITY WAIVER SIGNED BY YOUR GUESTS OR RENTERS. (See attached document)
2. A sign-in/sign-out sheet will be set up at the front of the gym. Anyone using the facilities must sign in/out.
3. Fitness Center hours are restricted from 7am to 8pm.
4. Ocean Keyes red/white bracelets must be worn while at the fitness center.
5. Face masks or coverings must be worn while using the equipment at the fitness center.
6. No more than 3 people will be allowed in the gym at any given time.
7. Anyone using the equipment at the fitness center must wipe down their machine(s) with the provided sanitation wipes immediately following use.

 
The Entertainment Rooms will remain closed at this time.
 Liability waivers will be available after hours at the dropbox next to the front door of the Ally Management office located in the sales center of Ocean Keyes by the 2nd avenue entrance to the property.
