We offer our AMAZING units as monthly rentals for January, February and March as well as October, November and December, at the following prices (subject to change)

January: $2,300 (includes heat, AC, electric and internet)
February: $2,300 (includes heat, AC, electric and internet)
March: $2,300 (includes heat, AC, electric and internet)
Departure clean fee: $250
Sales and Use Tax: None with a 90 + day stay
Monthly guests need to bring their own sheets and bath towels
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED
Payment plan:
Security deposit due right away via check
50% of the cost due by July 1, 20xx
The balance due by November 1, 20xx
